In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), FordelViden has adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement. We reserve the right to (1) block access to or remove material that we believe in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed by any of our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members or users and (2) remove and discontinue service to repeat offenders.
This policy applies to all content hosted on the FordelViden platform, including articles, community posts, user-uploaded images, and third-party integrations. We are committed to a safe and legal environment for all digital creators.

- Specific identification of the copyrighted works or materials being infringed, or a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material including information regarding the location of the infringing materials (URLs are required) so that FordelViden is capable of finding and verifying its existence.
- Contact information about the notifier including a valid physical address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that the notifier has a good faith belief that the material identified is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the notifying party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.
Designated Agent Contact
Note: Email is the preferred and fastest method for processing DMCA notices. Please ensure all required documentation is attached in a non-editable format (PDF preferred).
Counter-Notification Procedure
If the content provider or user believes that the material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or the content provider or user believes that it has the right to post and use such material from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, the content provider or user must send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent.
The counter-notice must include your contact information, a description of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringer Policy
FordelViden will terminate a user's access to the website if, under appropriate circumstances, the user is determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is defined as any user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice or whose material has been removed from our Service more than twice. We reserve the right to define "appropriate circumstances" at our sole discretion.
Legal Disclaimer
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. We recommend consulting with legal counsel before filing a notice or counter-notice. This policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
